This is my third time at The Pavilion. I had an absolutely fantastic buffet experience. The food and service were amazing. The owner, Umesh, is a very friendly and personable guy. I’m definitely going back again.

Another amazing meal at the Pavilion! We ordered from the menu and, as usually, they did not disappoint. We had a couple of starters and each was as flavorsome as the next. I would definitely recommend just getting a couple from their menu and share them. Then for the mains we had a selection of curries. From a lamb vindaloo that will have you sweating but is too good to stop eating, to a chicken tika massala with spectacular flavors. I cannot recommend this amazing restaurant enough!

5 Stars – Amazing Indian Cuisine in Ponoka! We had a wonderful experience at The Pavilion Restaurant in Ponoka! The food was absolutely delicious – especially the buffet and the biryani, which we highly recommend. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Umesh Hapariya, the owner and manager, for his warm hospitality and professional service. His friendly smile made us feel right at home! The restaurant was very clean and comfortable, and the prices were reasonable – great value for money. Even our little daughter loved the food and the atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Indian food in Ponoka. We’ll definitely be back!

I love this restaurant. Best Indian cuisine in central Alberta. I eat here at least once a month and haven't even ordered off the diverse menu. It is so convenient to just grab a lunch or dinner curry buffet!

Seriously the BEST restaurant on the planet. No kidding! It’s the only place I eat out when I come back home, and I go there for my birthday every year. No other restaurants are even worth it anymore. My fam is vegetarian and we’ve tried almost all the veg dishes. Best curries forsure are butter paneer (like butter chicken, not listed on the menu but he’ll make it), Kadai paneer cottage cheese (insanely good), and new 3rd fav is cottage cheese with spinach and pine nuts. The veg kofta curry, and coconut curry are also good. But those 3 are our go-to’s every time. The buffet is obviously really good but we prefer the menu so we can get all our favourite curries! Price is about 20-25 a person with curries, rice, and bread if you eat with some friends, which is like the price to eat at the mall now-a-days so just do yourself a favour and eat here! The owners naan bread is also the best you’ll ever eat and the coconut rice!! Ughhh yummmm! You WON’T be disappointed or find this quality of Indian food ANYWHERE ELSE! Also owner is super nice

Went with a group of ten, several of whom were vegetarian and one of whom was celiac. The buffet selection was authentic, delicious, and catered to our every need. Our host was very hospitable and personable. Highly recommended!

While driving randomly on Calgary-Edmonton (highway #2) , I accidentally visited the nicest Indian restaurant in #Ponoka . The staff is so welcoming, had a little bit chat about the restaurant, the surrounding area and the life in Ponoka with the owner of the restaurant. Food was delicious, cooked well with indian spices. The sitting arrangements are perfect, you will get ample of space to move conveniently. Surprisingly all customers on the others tables were not Indians . They were all local people (Canadians). Loved food and the atmosphere . I would love to visit the restaurant again if I am driving on the same route again.
